Alum-a-Lift is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team.
This person would take ownership of our existing quality management system and work with management and representatives from our engineering and production teams to conclude our ongoing ISO 9001 certification project.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintain effective quality control systems and processes to ensure that all products meet quality standards Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures Create and maintain quality related documentation and records Monitor and measure performance, identifying areas for improvement Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Develop and implement training programs to ensure that quality standards are met Manage and coordinate quality audits and inspections The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in a quality related role in an ISO 9001 certified organization or any experience in ISO 9001 implementation.
A creative interest in manufacturing and machinery.
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
